Hopelessly out of date ordering system and customer service. Having placed an order and nothing flagged, days later I find they've sent an email asking for me to contact them in order to pay even more money for delivery as their preferred courier can't manage to drive between major Scottish cities Inverness and Aberdeen in this day and age. When all major delivery services and the Post Office have no problem with this. Why their system doesn't mention this when completing an order? My excitement and expectation for some special Christmas goodies was short lived indeed! Cancelled order and lost customer.

TotallySwedish was one of only two places that I could buy a product that I needed for baking. The delivery was really fast, and Pia was so kind and helpful, Helping me with the issues I was having with DPD and giving her advice on the product (as I'd not used it before).
I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Despite the massive haul of orders they had because of Christmas, my order was sent out relatively quickly. Everything came in perfect condition(cans bought)

I have a home delivery twice a year, usually Easter and Christmas and you never disappoint. Reliable service even to Northampton which I find so impressive.

Nothing is too difficult, always helpful staff and walking in to the shop feels so familiar. Thank you to you all at Totally Swedish - God Jul and looking forward to 2023! Karin

My wife (Swedish) and I have used both shops and the now the home delivery service for years. Occasionally, there are issues, some are not available etc., and, like on our recent order, it got damaged in transit. However, the fact they do deliveries outside London saves me a two hour journey up to Barnes, so we are still very pleased with their service.

However, they are really good, trustworthy and always try their best. We love the fact they stock regular Swedish products that make up part of our normal weekly food traditions. The choice of Herring (Sill) is quite good, the breads may not a big variety, but for a mainly Swedish family living abroad, the fact we can get Pagens limpa and Kavring is brilliant. I am also keen on getting the real deal on Swedish sausage (Falukorv) to make my version of Pytt i Panna. It is also very useful to get Swedish live yeast, Vetemjol (strong flour) and Danish Mandelmassa to make Kanelbullar.

It is slightly expensive, but that is only to be expected. For the quality and service provided, we would recommend them.

My partner is Swedish and one thing he really misses from home is the Frodinge Ostkaka, haven't been able to find it anywhere but here, and he's been chuffed with it every time! Bought from here twice now, both times absolutely no issue, second time even had communcation from the store explaining delays which was a lovely (and very appreciated!) touch. We hope to visit the physical store in the future, but for now ordering online will more than suffice. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Been a customer for a long time and never had any problems. Prompt next day delivery if you order before 1pm is an excellent service, the shipping fee is also very reasonable. They have a good selection of products who’s fairly priced considering everything is imported. It’s nice to get a taste of Sweden now and then and this company is absolutely hassle free.

Verkligen inte imponerad! Ordering frozen stuff that were just cramped together, broken and not frozen anymore on delivery. UNIMPRESSED.
