Lost £3k worth of work and materials as company cleverly went into administration a couple of years ago and this has only just been resolved by the administrators.
Result - Received absolutely NOTHING. Not even an apology.
Problem - self-levelling compound failed (cracked up)so underfloor heating had to be ripped out and redone. Tried claiming for loss of materials to start with. Refused. 2 sets of underfloor mats plus compound. Work required stripping, removing waste and refitting mats. Re- level.
Spent months trying to resolve and had to delay 3 months moving into house as kitchen/diner couldn't be fitted until this was done.
Was not even told they were going into administration.
As an unsecured creditor you are at the bottom of the pile and are lucky to get anything at all.
Seems this is a common occurrence for some companies and a good way to clear debts. The government allow this to happen. Disgraceful. Total Tiles has now re-established itself with all the same team and probably directors too! Use Total Tiles at your peril! Who is to say they will do this again! So forget any warranties and refunds.

I like the idea of receiving a sample tile for testing puposes very much. More so, it arrived promptly and in one piece. That made my day!

Delivery was quick although 4 tiles were broken. Customer service picked up the phone straight away and was all sorted very quickly

Sorry but very disappointed this time! I’ve been using them for years but order 2 separate samples & they both came broken in 2 separate deliveries. If I pay for a full size tile sample that is what I want.
Normally I don’t even look on other companies websites i just buy off Total Tiles. Please fix the problems & I will be back.

Delivered on time unfortunately not a match

Ordered the tiles and they came very quickly and no damage via pallet.

When ordering more they kept on breaking during delivery by DPD. However, Charlie Phillips was on hand to help and ensured a quickly re delivery.

Brilliant price, great product, amazing customer service and delivered bang on time. The driver was really friendly and helpful to place the pallet where I needed it. Bought tiles from them before and would do again and highly recommend this company
