I bought a 12 month package approximately a year ago, last night Toucanbox took £142 from my account without authorisation, for another 12 month package I didn't ask for. I didn't receive any emails or warnings and this has left me financially struggling over the weekend. Buyer beware

Highly recommand them. All the crafts are lovely, we have keept them. We've been with Toucanbox for a few years.

My two daughters have really enjoyed receiving their toucan boxes. They love crafts and the boxes are always really exciting. The materials are good quality and the crafts are imaginative. The magazine is fun and interesting too. I would thoroughly recommend toucan boxes for any child!

Really appreciate the activities - daughters love it & especially the excitement of getting through the postbox.

I do think my girls are hitting an age where they’ve outgrown the target age group. (Now 12 and 9).
I’ll likely do the odd one rather than a monthly box would still suit our 9 year old.

Always been easy to reach the team. And no issues with pausing and stopping subscriptions- team have been prompt and friendly with any queries.

Great resources, imaginative, good quality and a lot of fun for my little one....and me!
Customer service is also excellent.

Toucan boxes provide great craft kits for kids with everything pre prepared ready. Perfect to take away travelling ir on holiday.

Always helpful when I accidentally activate my membership. They always respond swiftly and refund straight away. The activities are amazing. I only paused for a while as my children are a little busy with other new experiences at the moment. They are 7 & 9 years of age and soon will love to resume activities from toucan box.

I have been a customer for the past 4/5 years with two daughters accessing the crafts on offer and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. They are engaging and fun and include everything you could possibly need!

My grandson has loved receiving these. Unfortunately I have had to cancel for the time being as a new baby in the home has led to a backlog of boxes. I am sure that once these have been used, we will be returning for a new subscription. Customer service was great - helpful, understood the issue and didn't try to push me into a firm commitment to restart. Because of this , not only will we be back again, but I can recommend the company to others without any doubts.

I had an issue with my account as I had put in the wrong email address, and didn't update my address details. Rafael was so helpful through the WhatsApp group and sending me details of what he can help me with. He was amazing at resolving my issue and changed the address so it would send to my new one. Very efficient and helpful. Very impressed.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed receiving her Toucanbox on a monthly basis. Addressed in her name made it more special.
Fantastic arts and crafts to do, something different each month and appropriate to the seasons of special occasions happening that particular month.
My daughter has sadly outgrown receiving these now.
I can’t recommend Toucanbox enough.

My daughter told me about ToucanBox when she became a Mum herself and heard raving reviews about it.... which have only borne out in our experience of having a regular box for the past 5 years. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent product well presented with easy to follow instructions my granddaughter really enjoyed her toucan box but has now out grown it. Great after care with helpful advisors
