I ordered a CCTV camera worth 4000INR and they didn't ship it, and no refunds after two months. When we email, they respond with copy-paste text. When we call, a lady attends and puts your phone on hold.

Very bad experience with Touch LCD House. I strongly request everyone not to buy anything from this site.
I received my refund only after many follow-ups, and even then, ₹74 was deducted, which they claim is for bank transfer charges. This was never clearly informed earlier.
Their stock management is extremely poor. At the time of placing the order, the product shows as in stock. However, after 4–5 days, they inform you that the item is actually out of stock and will take more time to deliver—and this too only after the customer follows up with them over the phone.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I orderer OEM LCD Screen for Pixel 3 with prepaid payment option .
The Customer Service told me that the previous was found to be non-functional/defective so are currently arranging fresh stock and kindly request to allow 7–14 more days to source it, stock even though stock showed available in the website.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund my amount immediately.

I report them to the cybercrime police GUJARAT. The police said they will find the scammer soon.

Total fraudulent website .

When I saw this site I check for reviews in Google and it's shows 4.3 actually google removed all the negative reviews and showed only positive due to the algorithm deletes thoes negative reviews and still showed 4.3 from 2k reviews so i placed an order and received a wrong product and initiated return and I had to spend money for return process and after they recieving the product they stopped replying and picking phones and one day I placed an order and cancel in last stage and there team called me and i asked about the returned product and they confirmed it and told me if you place this order they will send it to me I was not willing for that and they told me that they will send the product and I never received it it's totally a scam don't even do a COD from them they are using this trick to scam in COD orders they source some scrapp and scam you
