After receiving the item, I decide to get the work done professionally so decided to return my item….or tried to…after 4 non responsive emails sent, contact through thier own website. Nothing, so I rang and finally got through after 5 times…Their response was that I couldn’t return it due to it being mixed specially for an absolute Generic Kia Stonic….blue….absolute rubbish…..do not use, dreadful customer service and even worse professionalism.

Wished I'd read reviews before buying. Paid Tues it's now Monday and Evri are saying still not out for delivery yet. What a joke. After reading reviews I'm wondering if I'll even get the right colour or not disgraceful service.

Don't bother buying from them. Bought two sprays of yellow calliper paint from them. One had the correct paint I ordered the other had different shade, both cans were labeld as same colour. I emailed them about it and provided photo evidence to show that they send me two different colours. I received a reply from them that didn't even made sense so I called them up, they told me they will send me another spray. I didn't get any email confirmation with tracking number for that spray. Had to call them up second time and ask for it. Spray has arrived and guess what, yet another different shade of the colour, and its in a different can from a different company, also labelled as the colour I was buying. So don't bother because they clearly don't know themselves what they are selling to the consumers. Bad experience, not to mention my time wasted.

the paint arrived with the lid off a bit of tape would hwve stopped this when asked theor response was how much paint is left in the tin? I am never sure how i would test a spray can for how much paint in in the tin?

After some shopping around and reading reviews I opted for this company because their package product was a great price , some reviews on here are bad but the colour match is spot on, the only gripe I have is the nozel is a wide spray maybe an option to include a narrower spray for future purchases

Sent touch up paint that didn’t match. Asked for replacement which has been promised 3 times. Still not received despite sending two lots of pictures of invoice, providing my address twice which surely they have. A string of emails which they fail to scroll back on and treat each email as if it is the first.
It seems they never will send a replacement but very quick to take money
My advice do not touch this company!

This product is easy to apply and of excellent quality. It comes with the necessary instructions for correct application, and the color is exactly as shown. Congratulations!

I have been waiting for my delivery for over two weeks and have received no response to my messages. This is very disappointing and unprofessional — I would not recommend this company.

Colour doesn’t match the car, in the bottle it did look a darker grey but I thought I will give it a go and see how it dries it’s a darker colour of grey. Emailed to ask to return awaiting a reply other than that will peruse through the bank to reclaim the refund

Ordered colour for my shiny new to me car which had one or two stone chips. Paint arrived and looked a match painted 2x chips noted bad colour match. Contacted touch up paint they accepted responsibility and apologised then when asked for refund went off the radar. Not responding to emails. Would definitely not recommend

EDIT to say that even after they 'confessed' to error still no response even used their return item link had to go to bank to reverse transaction....

Cowboys...dont bother they offer help but just dont deliver

Parcel delivered damaged with paint dripping over hall floor, contents covered in paint and ruined. Requested replacement products and refund to cover cost of clean up. After initial to/fro on email all contact from them has ceased and I am without my products, a refund, or compensation for damage caused. If you purchase from them and then have an issue you have been warned. Dreadful company

order easy. paint delivery good, PROBLEM the laquer towards the end of can started spraying grey , contacted help desk 3 times NO RESPONSE ?
