We have just got back from Disney Paris and I can’t thank Roy and his team enough for handling all the bookings. With out Roy I couldn’t afford to go Disney and give my son the holiday he dreamed of. For that I can’t thank you enough the memories we made will stay with me for a lifetime. Hotel was excellent transfers were spot on and ran like clock work. Please give these guys a go I’ve passed friends and family over to Roy. We had a small hiccup with emails but Roy was straight on the phone explaining the problem and got resolved in minutes

Just booked with Ryan hunt for Thailand island hopping holiday in September, Ryan went above and beyond to get hotels in the best locations and to make sure everything was what we was wanting

We’ve just returned back from our trip to Disneyland Paris. We enjoyed it thoroughly! Booking was seamless and a very easy transaction. Micheal helped through WhatsApp every step of the way. All info sent through by email immediately after payments etc. we stayed out of Disneyland however it was in a perfect position! Close to a large park and gardens on one side and a massive shopping centre/designer village on the other side. Ideally situated 8 minutes away with free shuttle bus to Disney. We could spend loads more time here as we were surprised to find we had a kitchenette, with breakfast included also. We’d happily book again through tour help and Micheal.

Freddie has been exceptional, so patient and helpful nothing was too much. He accommodated any requests I had, he helped and was there every step of the way I could not recommend him enough.

Booked with them for Disneyland Paris in May half term. To be honest I was really dubious of them but everything was great and the booking was handled with great professionalism. A lot cheaper than other places but everything worked out great. I’ll definitely consider using Tour Holidays again.

I booked with Tourhelp through Facebook, and loved tge deal i saw as I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday, after a couple of payments, I was still looking and found other deals, I was quite dubious and slightly unsure of Tourhelp then as id seen its best to book through Disney, I tried cancelling and they assured me all was fine, I changed dates, then decided to upgrade and change hotel , throughout all this, Ryan helped with everything I wanted, been a great help, genuinely happy with the service, ive just got back and would use Tourhelp again.

This is the second holiday booking Euro Disney with Roy from Tourhelp. The first holiday in Sept’24 was amazing and this one was exactly the same! Absolutely flawless from start to finish, Roy sorted the hotel, the transfers , and the tickets for the parks at a price no other Travel agent could touch. He is always happy to help within minutes with any question you may have no matter how big or small . I cannot recommend Roy highly enough when booking Euro Disney …

I have questions right now. I'd like to know if you have a physical office so I can go to everything online or through WhatsApp. I don't like doing that, much less spending so much money just like that. I need to get a real address because on the website I see one, then they send me another. I'm seeing that you don't have a fixed address, and that makes me doubt it's a scam.

As this was my first time coming across this company I was initially concerned, but I genuinely had nothing to worry about. Thanks to Roy our holiday to Disneyland Paris was amazing and went so smoothly. Roy was on hand with any concerns or questions I had leading right up to our trip, and no question was too silly or too much hassle. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!

Just be sure before depositing any money as you will struggle to get any deposit back as its non refundable..

We made a booking with Allen for a trip to Disneyland Paris. Allen was extremely helpful and planned everything for what I asked for. Once all paid I had all my vouchers for flights, hotel and disney parks sent via email. We have just come back from the trip a few days ago and we had a fantastic time and did not need to worry about any part of the booking as Allen had planned if all for us. We will definitely book again with this company

Following my 1 star review in July 2024, my group have since taken legal action against the company and its parent company. A CCJ has been issued against them, and to date they have simply ignored it, and not paid costs.

As previously reviewed, avoid this company if you want a hassle free experience.

Ryan has been extremely helpful and was very patient with me whilst booking our Disney trip. Gone above and beyond and he made sure everything suits us and giving great help with our upcoming trip

Roy was fantastic dealing with me and my requests. Nothing was too much trouble, super easy and reliable. 2nd time I’ve used uk tour help now, and wouldn’t use anyone else for my Disneyland Paris trips x
