Excellent service, team and effort. They go above and beyond, truly exceptional. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, I had a trip booked with a short deadline and they managed to arrange everything.

I had a great experience. They were incredibly patient, kind and supportive throughout the whole process. No question ever felt silly, and always took their time to explain things clearly and put my mind at ease. Felt supported from start to finish , would highly recommend their service.

Great customer experience.

I couldn't apply for my visa on a short notice, as there were no appointments for any of the Schengen countries. Tourloom really expedited my visa process by getting an appointment and helping me arrange all the required documents, including insurance, hotel booking and travel arrangements. I highly recommend this service to anyone facing difficulties in arranging a visa appointment.

I just picked the company from Google search, was very careful when started messaging them as I have been scammed before, but time to time through corresponding with Mrs Amina I realised it's a genuine, honest company with very fast response and moreover they have given me very excellent advise regarding my schengen visa, their fees are logic comparing to the proper documentation and services they do including appointment, medical insurance and hotel bookings, I'm happy by the way how they treated my application till assurance of proper submission. Thank you Tourloom, much appreciate your professionalism and services.

I took their service for my nephew in the UK, they were very good.
