Big thanks to Nashrin and Team for organising a wonderful trip to Bali. Nashrin was helpful from the initial days, with customising itineraries, rescheduling dates and until the end of the tour. Further the hotels and cars provided were good as well. Would definitely recommend it

This is my first trip with Touron.The budget was quite economical as compared to other grps. Also since it being international I was always bugging my tour coordinator Sophia as i was a bit jittery of going with a new grp. She not only assured me but also gave prompt responses and details whenever required. Special thanks to her.

Right from stay to food to the complete itinerary,everything was perfectly arranged. Our trip leader Vignesh was a perfect host. Couldn't have asked for better trip leader. He made sure we didnt face any inconvenience throughout the trip and took utmost care of the smallest details. Arigato ! ..

.. the day trip organised for ine village and amanohashidate.. the guide cud not speak English and he was a Japanese guide..

The day trip for kamakura .. the guide was really gud and cud speak fluent English..

Starting from Team touron-> Helping guide with documents-> Cab provided-> Covering places -> Returning trip and dropping. Everything is Good and We enjoyed a lot!!

From the planning stage itself, the experience was excellent. Even though I requested multiple changes to the itinerary, our representative was always patient, cooperative, and ensured everything was executed smoothly. The team in Phu Quoc was outstanding—they regularly checked in to make sure everything was going as planned and were always available whenever we needed assistance.
One of the highlights was the surprise birthday cake they arranged for our son's birthday at the last minute. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. Our stay was beautiful, the arrangements were seamless, and we created countless precious family memories that we will cherish forever.

The itinerary was a bit too packed from morning to evening, which became tiring after a few days, especially with two young kids. It would be great if the team could proactively suggest a more kid-friendly and relaxed itinerary instead of only following customer requests. We also faced language barriers at a few places, and having a local guide would have enhanced the experience. Additionally, Phu Quoc was more expensive than expected, so suggesting more budget-friendly destination options would be helpful.

I have used tourOn for a few years now, for both local and international trips. They recently organized my sixth trip with them - a brief, 3-day getaway to Kuala Lumpur - and everything went smoothly. Both their primary planning team and their on-ground partners are consistently polite, helpful, attentive, and highly efficient.
