I ordered a travel wallet for my nieces 18th birthday and wanted a tan colour to match her luggage. When arrived I was very disappointed in the quality of leather used it looked old and weathered like it was 20 years old. The gift box was a boring brown box with no tissue paper not what I would call a ‘gift box’
I complained and in fairness they replied and sent a refund label to return item and offered a full refund.

Bought as a retirement gift for a good friend. He was delighted with it. It is very classy - lovely soft leather that will age well but still sturdy enough to hold the golf shoes safely. The personalisation was discreet but beautifully done. I had looked online to get an idea of cost and this golf shoe bag was an excellent price without compromising on quality. Top class product - A4 leather conference case with initials embossed. It did take a little longer to arrive than I anticipated but we are in the Channel Islands so I will forgive them this.
