I ordered a bowling glove, this never arrived. On contacting company I got an apology and a new glove the next day with a message that if the other one turned up to keep it also. Excellent.

Good quality and service

Service was good but watch for customs charges outside UK
Service was great. Quality was very good. Just got hit with considerable customs charge to EU which I hadn't quite expected to be so much, which made the product very expensive.
