While I did get some cash not nearly what I was needing, I felt that years of a business relationship meant absolute nothing. I have been doing business with TL for quite some time, loans at home, etc . Always paid them what I've owed them. Then when unexpected circumstances hit, I thought I could surely count on that business relationship that we'd built but wow was I wrong . It was a bit of a slap in the face honestly. So while I got a little cash in my pocket I still find myself having to search other avenues to get the cash I need. I suppose the most aggravating part is they sent me letters wanting me to ask to borrow twice as much as what I actually asked for just for them to say no!! Does someone keeping their word and honor with you for more than ten years not count for anything? I guess not!! The staff was friendly as always and at the end of the day they have to do what their loan shark boss says. I get it it's a business. But you probably won't be getting anymore of my business once this transaction is paid back in full... As Always!! I suppose next time i.need cash I'll use a more family friendly and customer oriented place that actually values a long time customer and a strong business relationship, rather than this large corporation.
