Now that I have written one negative…
Now that I have written one negative review, I am unable to log into my account to make a payment. I have received an extremely illiterate accusation letter of late payment and lawsuit for non payment. If I were able to log in and pay this would not be an issue. HOWEVER, they have chosen the usual predatory lending tactics of not allowing you to pay and charging more fees and harassing those you know. I do indeed want to pay...not allowed to log in. Tower Loan business as usual.
