The ladies at the Farmington location are always on their game. I went in for a small personal loan, they got me approved for more than I was asking and then when I decided to stay with my original amount, they did not try to push me. They are very personable and knowledgeable.

The Staff at the Farmington Office are an awesome bunch of young Professionals. I have been doing business there since 2017. They have always treated me with kindness and have made the process of obtaining or refinancing a loan smooth and trouble free. The main office should be very proud of them!

Quick and easy

They customer service was amazing. They helped me with my Christmas with low payments.

I went in to get a loan on a Friday and the person helping me skipped over the interest part of the loan documents on a tablet. I read over them when I got home and went to return the check the following Monday. The manager said he didn’t know how to do a cancellation and took my check and walked out the door. He didn’t give me any answers and he didn’t seem happy that I returned the check. I don’t appreciate being treated that way and I will never come to Tower Loan again. Guess I’m not some idiot you can scam out of 1,000’s of Dollars so I don’t deserve respect or answers.
