The Northport,Alabama office the most…
The Northport,Alabama office the most unprofessional, unpleasant and absolutely lacks in customer service. The new manager needs to be replaced. I have a loan with the Northport office but I will never pay my bill inside of that branch because of the lack of professionalism’s. The manager nor the staff never gets better. If in the Tuscaloosa area the Best Hospitality office is bear creek off 69 south. The management is still the for over 5 years or better. Unlike the Northport office the staff and management changes every so month and get more worst every time. Northport office should be shut down or be trained by the 69 south office staff. If anyone ever in need of a loan with exceptional hospitality go to the 69 south office you’ll be treated with respect and dignity.
