One of the worst loan companys
Thibodaux office has very inconsiderate uncaring people! I would love to know how they would feel would they become in able to work all of a sudden! They don't care what they take from you or your family! I pray other places have more professional understanding people working for them!

Would not tell me prior to going in how…
Would not tell me prior to going in how much the loan would be for therefore I was not prepared when it was for such a small amount / I was told that they could not verify my identity over the phone but could verify my identity to take the application it seemed
Also the loan manager was not friendly at all / I do ot like how you are all in the same room with the workers calling other clients and discussing their payment stuff in front of other customers/ no privacy at all
