Have had problems with these '£9.99' wills who were a joke. Contacted these straight away were friendly, polite & helpful.
Then representative came around who was great. Hard to understand alot as get the legal jargon but he explained everything & made it a pleasure dealing with him. Had to contact so left message usually wait days for reply but his was fast putting minds at rest, that choice was great making a hard time simpler so if needed again would use instantly.

Johanna was very friendly and informative. She talked through what was needed clearly with me and made the whole process quick and easy.
