I got my car yesterday and it was a stress free experience the lads did everything from changing log books tax ect (Why was i worried?) Drove away with a smile on my face with new car and they put new mot on it and serviced it before I picked up. If your considering using Townfield Cars for a purchase, please let me make the decision a lot easier for you. Myself and my partner bought a VW Golf GTI on 14th June 2023. We have been blown away with the car and the service that we receive from Michael and the team and Townfield Cars. Nothing was to much trouble and Michael went above and beyond for us during the process. Communication, their professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will be repeat customers in the future without any doubt. 10/10.

Happy with the service received from both Mike and James; Purchased a 2012 BMW X3, I drove up and test drove the car when James was there and he helped me understand a little more about the car before I test drove it.

Obviously on older cars there’s always going to be a few bits that aren’t quite perfect and I adresses my concerns which were resolved as part of the deal. The car was then ready a week later to collect. Picked it up with a friendly reception and simple enough transaction. Upon driving the car for a few days, I’d noticed a couple more minor issues, I contacted Mike; Mike offered to fix them but with me living quite far, I researched the parts etc, did the job myself and Mike was kind enough to send me the money. Couldn’t ask for better service, all round great company!

Found the perfect car for my mum (who hates looking for cars after previous experiences elsewhere) Michael and the other staff were extremely helpful and approachable! Nothing was too much trouble even came back later on when we had finished work,the after sales is exceptional also! Living an hour away I was a little nervous about buying from someone that far away from us but I am more than happy with the whole process from start to finish, everything was so easy and nothing too much trouble! Not sure what the comment is about from one of the other people, Michael and his team are lovely and not intimidating at all! Will definately be back! Thanks again, Hannah and Janette xxx

Horrendous experience. Cowboy salesman who sells vehicles under false advertising. AVOID.

5 star experience. I was quite nervous spending that much money but james and mike where both extremely helpful answering all my questions and I went in a day earlier than agreed but was able to drive away within the hour . Thank you both very much . It was nice to shop local too .highly recommended.

Great little dealership. They stayed open for me until 7.30pm as I had a busy work schedule. Can’t fault the effort the young lad put In for me. A perfect car too.

I read the previous review and was apprehensive as I had to take a flight, however I have to say the whole team were nothing but professional.

My wife was treated great and even offered coffee, so not sure what the previous review was about.!!!

Can't recommend this dealer highly enough, car was exactly as described and they even picked us up from the airport. 5 star....

I was visited by the owner of this company as I was attempting to sell my car. I was a woman alone in my home, which he knew because he asked me as soon as he entered the hallway! He was extremely arrogant and when I asked him to leave he attempted to intimidate me by remaining on my land even though I repeatedly asked him to go. (At this point he was trespassing). He is obviously a misogynist and tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman alone (would he have acted in that appalling way if a man were present, I think not). I would advise any woman to beware of this man/garage and give him a very wide birth. I am considering contacting the police as I felt in fear for my personal safety........
