I was very very pleased with the exellent service I got from Tatiana, she is very reliable patient and knowledgable. I strongly reccomend Toyota Naas and Tatiana if you are looking to buy a car.
Got my 1st service done at Toyota Naas yesterday and would highly recommend.Dave was the guy who was looking after us and he was so helpful, even gave us a car while we waited for the service to be done.(No extra cost) Also when we collected our car it had be hoovered and washed and a nice little gift left on the dash. Will definitely be back next year. Thanks again Toyota Naas

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable staff . No issues whatsoever with this garage.
Dreadful. Booked for my first service on a brand new car only to arrive and be told they would need to keep the car for seven hours. No advance notice of this - I later learned from a different garage that there is apparently a recall/update on the vehicle. The person I spoke with on the day was abrasive, insisting I had been told this. Gaslighting, in addition to poor communication. The tone and manner was such that I left without the service, and told them to take me off their database as I would never deal with them again.
Having clearly stated that I wanted no further relationship with them, you can imagine my surprise when I received a call from them today. I initially thought they might be phoning to apologise but no, silly me - they were phoning to yet again reiterate that they were entirely blameless in all matters and that apparently my comprehension skills were the sole issue here. The tone was condescending and obnoxious.
I strongly advise against shopping here for anything as important as the car you drive. The Toyota product might be attractive but it really won’t be worth having to deal with these people.
Had my first experience with this branch in November 2025. excellent service and very pleasant staff. Had my car serviced and it received a full valet as well, no additional charge. Highly recommend
What an excellent sales and after-sales service provided by Toyota Naas. Since I bought my car from Toyota Naas, I have had my car serviced and some maintenance work done there. They are really professional, and the work they carry out is top-class.
Staff from reception to every area are well-mannered and very professional.
I dealt with David Higgins in the service department. He is the first-call operator. He handles customers very well. New staff should learn from him how to handle customers.
Overall, if anyone is interested in buying or servicing a Toyota, this place is the best choice.
