Purchased 2 sets of clippers and trimmers for my business, both trimmers are working in good order. Clipper 1 from the start wouldn’t charge so had to sent back and they only replaced the battery. Clipper 2 worked fine for 3.5 months but then wouldn’t turn on at all. Made the complaint but I took them nearly 4 weeks to respond then they said as it is over 90 days they will try and fix the problem but I will had to pay for it.

Never going to spend a penny in this brand.

I ordered a beard trimmer for my Christmas present from my wife. I should have ordered a beard clipper. The difference being that the trimmer does not come with guards to alter the depth of beard trim.

After a lot of too and fro with their customer service, the long shot is I cannot change/swap it for the correct clipper because,:
I raised the query over 14 days after the trimmer was delivered, not after it was opened.
The product was opened - how could I know it was wrong until I opened it.
The product remains unused.
The reason I bought from TOPB was that my hairdresser uses their products and I was impressed with the trimmers quality.

TPOB is one of the worst hand tools product company you will ever come across.bad quality and non efficient products.customer service is as bad as it can get,no wonder it’s based UK and it’s led by some deadbeats who can’t operate a business on fair terms.never buy anything from TPOB.have good year
