I was so pleased with my experience with TPS. Such value for money for my 4k player was and perfect condition. Great swift delivery and communication. I would thoroughly recommend TPS. Very very happy and I even had a call to check if everything was ok!

I ordered a new television hand set from TPS, using a debit card, and for some reason the webpage said it was not a secure connection. I then reordered another using a credit card and the transaction went through. Within an hour I had a phone call from TPS to ask me did I really want 2 handsets. I did take the 2 as it was for my husband who has limited mobility. The hand sets arrived within a few days and both work very well. What impressed me was the concern for my well-being as I had ordered 2 hand sets. I would recommend them to anybody as their customer care is second to none.

The correct Sony 4k UHD player was dispatched the same day and arrived the following working day with instructions as its a multi region player. I will recommend them to friends.

TPS delivered the multi-region Sony player promptly, and it plays Region 1 dvds ! Plus a free UHD disk to test it with.

Before I ordered my player I called the store and got some great advice from someone who clearly knew what they were talking about. I decided on the player and ordered, it was dispatched that very day and with me the next. I can now play any form of disc from anywhere in the world with zero issues.
