I'm sorry that you feel this was the case despite our extensive email communications. Your order was placed at 18:01 on 23rd November and dispatched from ourselves via DPD to the address you provided at checkout on 24th November at 13:01. The reason for the delay as you are aware was the incorrect address you provided at checkout and your refusal to approcah the property to which the item was delivered just 6 doors down from the address you later sent us as your correct address. We were contacted by the person who incorrectly received it and contacted you to inform you of this then we arranged at our own expense for DPD to collect the parcel from the address you originally gave us and redeliver to yourself. unfortunately the incorrect recipient was not in when collection was first attempted which was out of our hands. Once collected DPD policy is to return it to depot for relabelling before redelivery to prevent errors on their part. again out of our control. DPD then delivered to you at the first opportunity which unfortunately now being peak delivery season took a couple of days. again out of our hands.
We kept you updated at every step of the way and put ourselves out of pocket in order to try and get your items to you as quickly as possible. Your complaint about the quality of the products only happened after you initially asked to return them because it was too late for them now and were told you would need to cover the return shipping cost as it was your error in the address that had caused the delay. We await your return of the items.

Fabulous service, plenty of correspondence. Ordered yesterday 13/12/2021 delivered today 14/12/2021 FANTASTIC!!! Quality of product amazing. One very happy shopper, will definitely be back.
