Very helpful company
Very helpful company. We had some issues in our API implementation which were resolved beforehand and directly by TrackPod's friendly customer support team.

Good quality API and support
As an integration specialist, the API of this application is how it should be. I see many examples of bad APIs, but this one is an exception. Also the support is excellent with usually a quick response with an helpful answer.

Hele dag gewacht op de bezorging van onze kast. Niemand is komen opdagen. Ik heb zelf moeten bellen om erachter te komen dat ze niet komen omdat mijn straat zongenaamd niet begaanbaar was. Ze zouden volgens de mail 10~30min van te voren bellen, dit is dus ook niet gebeurd.
Dit is de slechte bezorgservice die ik heb gezien.

Excellent customer service
New to Track-POD and had a few basic questions, feedback was very quick, helpful and it solved my problem. The integration between Track-POD and Xero makes it very easy to create routes.
