I had a very negative experience with this company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. What started as a seemingly harmless and voluntary investment quickly escalated into a concerning situation.

I began receiving multiple invoices and persistent payment requests, along with demands for additional deposits in order to supposedly access my existing funds. This felt like a clear attempt to manipulate and exploit me financially, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and deceived.

On a positive note, C𝙰ℝ𝕀LL𝙾ℕ 𝔽INA𝙽𝙲𝕀𝔸L was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Their team was professional, attentive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my case, guided me through disputing the fraudulent claims, and ultimately helped me recover my money.

Thanks to their support, I was able to regain control and move forward with confidence. I highly recommend being cautious with online investments and reaching out for expert help if needed.

They are a scam broker, they don't withdrawals. I have been waiting for my withdrawals for 5 days now. Everytime I enquire about it they tell me the matter has been escalated. They claim to process withdrawals same day but thats all a lie

Trade245 is a wolf in sheep clothing, when you are a new customer they will be responsive to you, as far as withdrawals your 1st processes will be quick and successful as long your minimum withdrawal profit is R1000 or below.... Trade 245 is also capable of locking your floating profit once they have analyzed any reversals so that you loose, also capable of locking accounts with pending limit orders or pending Tps so that Targets may not be reached. I have had issues with them and until today they no longer respond to my messages

I experienced frequent slippage and price differences that didn’t match what I saw elsewhere. It affected several trades and support didn’t provide a clear explanation.

my greatest mistake is to fall into the hand of trade245 again when you want to deposit they take your money but when its time to withdraw they tell you to provide the name of the owner of the cork that crow when Peter denied Jesus , and the death certificate of the cork its over 5 business days now i cant withdraw

I deposited funds with Trade245 and deeply regret it. Their customer service is abysmal. They bombard you with emails requesting documents, but once you submit everything, they go silent—especially when you ask about your withdrawal.

It’s been over 10 days since I requested my payout. Every day, I’m told “you’ll receive it by the end of the day,” but nothing ever arrives. They keep making excuses and dragging things out. It’s clear they’re stalling, and at this point, I believe this is a scam operation.
They’re quick to take your deposit but vanish when it’s time to pay out. I’ve followed every instruction, submitted every document, and still—no funds, no accountability.

This is a SCAM, do not deposit any money, they will ask you to provide documents so they can use your data for their scams, I have asked for my deposit and they refused.

Thisbisa very very very 100% stupid broker,they are smart and scamming.
I used it and I was in profitable trades then I wanted to manually close b4 tp, then they manipulate the trading terminal mt5 such that when you close order it will say REJECTED, until market change direction to my loss ,that's where then mt5 was normal,
I don't recommend this broker to anyone. Even their watsap number is so stupid, u wrote then your issue they will lough at you. Live chats is 0%.
Arg. It doesn't deserve even a star. I hate your poor service, yet you know we arr trading money for money, but feel sad when someone is winning 😢.

The 100% bonus doesn't work. There is no live chat as well and no contact number to call if you have any problem. However withdrawal is fast.

They are not paying anything back, Once you put in your monie just forget about it, header did the refvnd after i open a ticket with them.

SCAM BROKER!! Avoid using them at all costs, they don't allow you to enter trades during news releases and if you already had trades running they close some of them. Too many excuses when you want to withdraw your money. The 1/5 is too generous in my opinion, if it were possible I'd give them a 0/5. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER❗️❗️

Hi, I have been waiting for my withdrawal for approximatelly 2 months.

I don´t know why in this last withdrawal request they asked me a BTC wallet ownership verification.
I provided all the notary documentation requested and proved to them that the wallet is mine. But they are still holding my withdrawal. And they simply doesn´t answer me.

This isn´t the only problem I had with them.

The withdrawal before this one they are holding, I requested 1 withdrawal and they divided into 2 and charged me 2 withdrawal fees. (approximatelly 20 usd each)

Bonus is a scam , better go to XM or HFM. Being a pro with a experience. At least your bonus won't get swallowed. I placed positions and they were swallowed including the broker bonus . Don't use them better to use another broker .
