I bought two iPhones from them. Quick communication and fair pricing. A day later, I realized that the one of the iPhones had some issue with the display and the top receiver was not working. Basically, I could not hear a caller on this phone. They sold me a phone without a phone functionality. How unprofessional. I communicated with them on this incompetency. They were not apologetic at all for their mistake of not checking their product beforehand. For whatever reason, they seem to have no clue about how to do a customer service properly.

Was a bit skeptical at first, but fully clear and smooth communication process throughout. They even upgraded my Mac's condition from "Poor" (as I set) to "Fair" after the inspection, altering the quote in my favour. Would recommend to anyone who needs to scrap their Mac.
