I received my payout today, it is the 3rd
great experience so far, I have been waiting for SPX and index options to be reactivated for trading, but other tickers are still good and we have the choice among ETfs and Stocks, nothing to complain about so far I recommend

I’ve had a very good experience with TradeFundrr so far. It does take some time to go through the process, but that’s actually one of the things I appreciate most about the platform. It really helps teach discipline and consistency in trading rather than rushing into things unprepared. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned how to trade more consistently and manage my strategies better. The structured approach has made a noticeable difference in how I approach the markets. I’m also very satisfied with their payout service. It has been reliable and smooth, which builds a lot of trust in the platform

While I love TradeFundrr for the most part. They are solid. However I have referred several people to them and they are not helping any of us (or respoding) regarding a big issue they have. The issue is that using their options program they no longer permit SPX trades. They tell us its a glitch but its been going on for over 2 months. Anyone that trades spread trades, condors or butterflies knows the importance of using SPX. We are all very dissapointed that they will not respond. All that said, despite the big issue mentioned above I think they are good guys. I just had a payout and it was well handled.

When you opened a support ticket about being “stuck” in a SPY trade, our team responded immediately, investigated the situation, and ultimately credited your account for the full loss even though the platform itself was functioning and alternative closing methods were available. You acknowledged the resolution and thanked our support team at the time.
Your statement that we are “not responding” to you or people you referred is simply not accurate. Our support team responds to all tickets submitted through our system, and we have clear records of doing so in your case.
Regarding SPX: this was not a glitch. The instrument was removed after we identified execution behavior that was not consistent with how the product trades in live markets.
You also note in the same review that your payout was handled properly and that you believe we are “good guys,” which we appreciate.
TradeFundrr takes customer support seriously and works hard to resolve issues fairly when they arise, as we did in your case. If there are specific unresolved tickets from anyone you referred, we’re happy to review them directly.

Key Issues to Consider Before Signing Up - TradeFundrr
1. Stop Loss Triggered Despite Market Being Far Away
I was trading options that were significantly out of the money, with a delta of around 0.03 on both the put and call sides. I had placed a stop loss at 3x the premium. The market never came anywhere close to the strike prices, yet my stop loss was still triggered.
Upon raising this concern, I was informed that it could be due to spread-related factors in the simulation environment. While they eventually reimbursed me by resetting my account and offering one free reset, this incident raises serious concerns about the reliability of their simulated trading conditions.
2. Prolonged Halt in Index Options Trading
Index options trading on the platform was halted for several weeks. Since my trading strategy is focused solely on index options, I was unable to trade during this period. Despite this downtime, there was no concession or compensation provided for the time lost while my subscription remained active.
3. Platform Issues with DX Trade
Their trading platform, DX Trade, has significant usability limitations:
Limited availability of technical indicators
An unstable option chain interface that keeps shifting while selecting strikes
Inability to resize screens effectively
Due to the constant movement of the option chain, it becomes difficult to accurately select strike prices. This creates a risk of executing trades on unintended strikes, which can lead to unnecessary losses. I would strongly recommend conducting proper research into DX Trade before opting for Smart Trade Funder.
4. Lack of Transparency Around Consistency Rule
There is a consistency rule requiring five non-consecutive winning days of at least $250 each before the first withdrawal can be made. This requirement was not clearly communicated beforehand—not even in the onboarding email. I only became aware of this rule after I had already started trading.

1. Regarding the stop loss trigger, temporary price dislocations can occur in both live and simulated environments during periods of heightened volatility. This is not an issue related to the reliability of the platform or the simulation itself. As you mentioned, we did review the situation with you and provided a reset as a courtesy.
2. Concerning index options, we were in communication almost daily regarding the temporary SPX halt while coordinating with the DX team. During that period, trading of XSP, which is an SPX alternative, was permitted so traders could continue operating similar strategies while a resolution was pending.
3. With respect to DX Trade platform limitations, no support tickets or questions were submitted regarding adding indicators, resizing screens, or option chain behavior. We would have been more than happy to assist you in configuring indicators, studies, or layout settings. Many platform settings can be adjusted with guidance, and our team is always available to walk traders through setup questions.
4. The consistency rule is clearly displayed on our main website prior to purchase and is fully outlined in our FAQs. While the welcome email you received was associated with a different program template at the time, it has since been updated. Importantly, the correct rules were displayed on your dashboard from the date of purchase. If there was confusion, we are always available to clarify.
We understand that platform preferences and trading styles vary from trader to trader. However, the rules and conditions referenced above are publicly disclosed, and our team has consistently been available to assist when questions arise.

So glad I took the chance...
I was skeptical this was going to be as good as the other reviews state. Nevertheless I took the leap. I passed the evaluation phase, moved seamlessly to the funded account phase, and then requested my first payout on 3 accounts. Yup, within no time the money was in my account. Now, I praising TradeFundrr left and right. This is the real deal.

I wouldnt trade with them. Bought accounts, but after being consistent and close to payout, they told me that my country is in disabled countries list and my accounts will be banned. Thats crazy, there is no faq to read and country was available to choose. Not recommend to trade with them

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify the situation, as there are some important inaccuracies. At the time this was addressed, you had only completed 1 of the 5 required trading days in order to qualify for a payout.
We also communicated to you that the purchase should not have been allowed due to your country of residence. As clearly stated in our FAQs, Lithuania is included in the list of countries we do not currently support. While the country selection should have been restricted at checkout, this was an error on our side, and we addressed it as soon as it was identified.
We understand this was frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the checkout issue. However, country restrictions are disclosed publicly, and accounts from unsupported regions cannot be maintained.

My Tradefundrr experience
I really had a great experience with Tradefundrr as I just started my journey in December 26 and got my first payout approved just after six trading days. Today I received my first payout in my bank account.
The rules are very clear. The support team is a mazing with prompt response and clear answers.
Planning to add more accounts but I’d love to see the trade copier implemented first as it is not easy to manage multiple accounts without coping your trades.

My first payout from TradeFundrr
Even though the payout frequency is not as fast as other Prop Firms, it is set weekly due to the consistency rule of 30%. This is the first time I trade in sim funded account with consistency rule applied. At first I donot like it, but I start liking it as it helps to protect my steady profit. Trading rules is simple and clear. The customer service is very good and quick response. Tradefundrr is the trust prop firm for traders.
