Very easy to deal with. Slight delay in notifying whether package had been received and if in tact. Had to check Royal Mail app to confirm package had been delivered.

Simple process to send off old items, could have been a little more communication on the status of the package, but the correct amount of cash received in the bank.

Good experience
The whole process was clear and easy. Once all the things you're selling are listed it's just a case of downloading the packing slip and the free postage label and sending the box. It was about 14 days from me listing the goods to having the money in the bank. I'm very happy with how it all went.

Easy transaction and good customer service
Easy transaction. Got good value for items sold. Forgot to include reference number but team were great and sorted everything out, making sure the items were linked to my sale upon receipt. Would definitely use again.

Very pleased
Very pleased. I had an old PS-VR headset that I didn't have space for, and I was very pleased to be able to sell it for cash rather than send it to landfill. The whole process was super-easy, and I received the agreed money in just over a week. I'd happily use this company again.

Expect excuses
I knew it was too good to be true. They give you a high value and then find/invent issues. My kindle apparently had the screen replaced (not true) and the back was dirty (it had the cover on that I sent for free).
