They need to sort out 7am spam notifications
The delivery and ordering experience is good, although the live tracking doesn't seem to work.
Being woken up at 7am by a spam notification asking if I'm working on a bank holiday is enough to get rid of the app though.
There doesn't seem to be a way to turn off advertising notifications while keeping order notifications on.

Superb service
The app is very easy to use and the follow up from customer services is outstanding. We are able to find the nearest stores at the touch of a button and reduce our travel costs. One of the stores was late filling their order and a TradeKart representative called me to apologise and explain. We have used placed 7 orders over the last two months with no major issues.

Initially I had an issue where the delivery driver that doesn’t work directly for Trade Kart said he had delivered but hadn’t. After contacting Trade Kart and speaking to Rhodney he was very helpful and assured me he would get this sorted as a matter of urgency. I also emailed the CEO Alistair with my concerns, baring in mind this was on a Saturday. To be fair to him, he personally called me on Sunday and arranged a replacement that was delivered on Monday. Josh also contacted me to ensure I was going to be around and kept me updated. Thanks again for getting this sorted for me.

I’ve always had an excellent experience with Tradekart. Always saved me when i’m in a pickle and unable to get to a store. Also have so many options of vendors to choose from. The customer service team is excellent too!

As a Handy man time is precious my drill driver finally gave out mid job.
Was recommended tradekarr by a friend what an easy to use platform and life saver for quick delivery same day within 35mins. Not only saved me time not having to leave the job with all the inconvenience i could get on with other stuff whilst i waited. Deffo use them again

Fast and easy
Very easy to use all my delivery's have been fast drivers have been polite very happy with this service overall 😀 definitely better than moving the truck and trying to find parking when I get back to site .

A great service
A great service. Click, find your products from a local supplier and have them delivered promptly. I’ve had a few teething problems with Tradekart, mainly stockists listing items that they then notify me that they don’t actually have in stock. Making sure the stockists keep an accurate stock count would be a good improvement. I’m sure the service will only get better as more stockists are bought on board. I will be using TradeKart again for my business for sure.

I have used their services about 10 times as a project manager and have been extremely satisfied with the service The delivery has always been within 30 minutes and the price for all the items is are same as the suppliers and I think their delivery charge is reasonable. Keep up the good work.

Used TradeKart 20-30 times in the last…
Used TradeKart 20-30 times in the last few months, Never had any problems and saved me a lot of time running around. I’d recommend trying them as they are very handy if you’re working in and around places where traffic and parking is a nightmare.

Plenty of room for improvement
Several recent bad experiences with deliveries where short or cancelled after an hour or more after placing order. Told would receive a call from
Management but haven’t. Failed to cancel delivery when requested as only half what was required. Should make life easier as a tradesman but caused significant problems and customer service response has been poor.

I have checked the order you mentioned the team failed to cancel, and by the looks of it, there was a technical error with the order dispatching platform, which prevented the team from cancelling the order when you requested - this issue has since been escalated and fixed.
Regarding getting in touch with our team, I am sorry to hear this wasn't actioned - it has been an extremely busy few weeks for the team, so it was probably missed by accident. I have raised the issue internally and have arranged a call back, so we will be in touch to discuss your recent issues early next week, if that works for you!
