Great selection of quality products.
I purchased my items on line as was unable to get into a store. All the items arrived timely, exactly as ordered and all of great quality. Very happy with purchases and now installed they look great.

Excellent service
Used click & collect several times to order in shower heads etc that weren't stocked locally. Delivery was prompt, communication was excellent with phone calls, not just text messages. Service in store on pick-up was cheerful and personal. I'd happily shop here again.

Ordered online
Ordered online, the product ws not in stock, was not informed of this untill I rang 2 weeks later. I was told the expected date for delivery, when my builder rang to find out about delivery 3days later he was told that it was in the warehouse but was not going to be released for another week and a half. cancelled order and bought from another supplier. Comunication from the company was non existant.
