Poor experience
Made an online order to collect from local store. 2 weeks after ordering I had to chase it up, item not in stock. Product sent from another store interstate took another 2 weeks to arrive, 4 weeks in total. My order should have been sent from the interstate store within a day or 2 of me placing the order and I should have been notified of the potential delay. Could only get 2 of the 3 taps that I ordered. Got the 3rd one from store on the other side of the country and it was delivered to me in one week. This other store was cheaper too, wish I had have used them in the first place.

The delivery went to the wrong house but that was sorted out easily with no dramas, reception was very helpful, and I love the products.

We have purchased everything we needed…
We have purchased everything we needed for our bathroom & kitchen renovation through Tradelink. Issues have come up along the way in terms of us ordering the wrong product or the builder accidentally damaging a shower base. Tradelink helped us with all these issues promptly which enabled us to continue progressingly without delay. Cannot fault their service and quality of products.

Outstanding attitude to Service
Oh my goodness the Smithfield store was so helpful. The team members are extremely knowledgeable. My order arrived in store after buying online and they contacted me promptly that it was in store. I love their special table too. Always manage to walk out with something in addition to my Oder.

Ordered a shower base online
Ordered a shower base online with pickup from Tradelink Tamworth. All good, picked it up, but when I opened it, the wrong base had been sent. Spoke to Tamworth shop who were apologetic and arranged the correct base to be sent, which arrived promptly. Very happy with Tamworth staff, not so with online experience.

Outstanding service above and beyond
The part that I ordered did not include a component required for it to work correctly. I needed it urgently since the plumber had already started work on the job. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to find the missing component in their warehouse and gave it to me free of charge. Service was outstanding and would definately use Tradelink again based on this experience.

Courteous staff
Ordered a colander on Tradelink website. Took about 4 days to come. I received an email, a message and a courteous call from Tradelink to notify me the arrival of goods. Friendly staff at store when went to pick up. Great experience.
