I had some old windows in the house with condensate on the glass, I wasn't sure exactly how to proceed but the guys of Trademark came down for a survey promptly and advised on the best way to proceed, then were always quick to reply on email and on the phone, they came with a competitive price so we agreed on the way forward, I proceeded with the order and got the material delivered on time, and they were supportive through the whole process. In particular Lucas is really helpful, very knowledgeable and would explain and advise also on technical things on glass etc - the kit they have is really good quality - I am about to actually use them again, absolutely recommended!
