When I selected Trademark Bolt to register my tagline, I was completely ignorant of the process involved in maneuvering through the red tape of federal government bureaucracy. The experienced and very knowledgeable staff at Trademark Bolt patiently guided me through every step of the process.
From the initial contact with Mr. David Green, to my personal advocate in the legal department Mr. Lucas Master, to my follow up contacts with Ryan, also in the legal department, the whole staff was professional, courteous, and patient with me.

Trademark Bolt filed my company logo and trademark with the USPTO. I didn't know what I was doing so I entrusted them to do this for me. They did an outstanding job keeping me informed along the way from start to finish. The two people that helped me (Jerry and Ryan) were friendly and courtesy and provided me with all the information I needed to help me decide on which way to proceed initially. Afterwards a special thanks to Ryan who was the person who I delt with that kept me updated on the next steps and continued updating me until I received my serial number for my Trademark.
