As a person who is skeptical and questions everything, I can say that I have successfully obtained 5 trademarks through this company. They take a lot of the hassle away and deal with the politics behind the scenes communicating with the Trademark Office. I highly recommend. 10/10 stars

Hello Dalton! Thank you for your feedback. We truly regret that you felt frustrated during this process, and we want to address your concerns.
First of all, our CEO, Andrei was trying to reach you by phone to understand your concerns in more detail, but the calls were unanswered.
Moreover, we registered 3 trademarks for you 10 years ago, resulting in a glowing video review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9vnzSXoDoY
Upon reviewing your file, we found that your trademark "SLEEP TEST" was indeed registered in 2013. Unfortunately, it was not entered into our system then, which led to confusion when you couldn't find it in your cabinet. Once this was brought to our attention, we manually added the trademark and sent you an email with the registration details.
We understand your frustration regarding the automated emails you received. These were triggered by a system error and do not reflect any outstanding issues with your registration. All your registered trademarks now appear correctly in your cabinet. The services you paid for were fully provided, and we notified you of the successful registration on September 3rd. You acknowledged receipt of this notification.
In response to your question, "What are you charging me for?", this is for the recent trademark services provided, including the registration that was issued last month. We have now completed the mandate as agreed.
We appreciate your patience and are always here to assist with any further questions or concerns.
