Part of the delivery was damaged by the courier, emailed Scott, who arranged a replacement. Excellent service and prices.

Really, really impressed with Tradepricesonline. Best prices I found, quick delivery, really well packaged. Small hiccup by the courier on one part of the order, but was really easy to contact and notify and the issue was rectified quickly with the replacement sent next day - which was unexpected but very helpful.

Definitely will be using the company again in future.

I guess Tradepricesonline often connects customers with local stockists and gets them cheaper prices. I am super happy with how my order went. Placed a large order on a Monday night and everything was delivered next day from a local supplier. Very happy and I like it finds local stockists and gets good prices.

Great value but didn't give an approximate delivery time. The driver just turned up to the site then called me. A text or notification beforehand would be helpful.

I was able to find items that I needed urgently which are normally special order, and they were delivered so quickly. I had never purchased from this company before, but found their customer service to be excellent! - I had forgotten to add one item to the order, and with no trouble at all, and very quick response from the store , I was able to add to my existing order ( as it hadn’t been dispatched) with no trouble at all and no extra delivery costs… highly recommend this company.
