My rep Lyn was in constant communication with updates on production and shipping. My order was need in rush and Lyn made sure everything was complete and arrived at the event location on time!

The display was exactly as advertised and delivered on time. The way the case becomes the podium was genius. I used it for the first time this week and had many comments on it. 3 other companies asked me for a copy of my order to see what I bought, where I bought it, and how much it cost.

This was our first time ordering from TradeShowBooth.com, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Helped me design and floor standing banner and it came out great. Designed, printed, and delivered on time. Everyone who I spoke with was great.

Well, your instructions were very insufficient. It was not clear at all that I had to match up the numbers on each pole to set it up properly.

It had a small diagram with a 6 and 6, but that’s all it had. I had no idea that was supposed to represent the need to match every pole number.

Also, your video that advertises it takes 5 minutes to set it up is very misleading. It takes much longer than that especially if doing it alone.

You also should have YouTube videos that walk through the specifics of the setup process. I searched for videos but could not find anything other than the 5 minute promotional video.

All that said, your customer service during the purchasing process was exceptional.

Same as the last time I purchased a product from you. Flat out top notch all the way through the process. Communication is immediate and consistent from beginning and past the end. Professional and thorough and worked with my own graphic designer and got me out of the middle but kept me informed. Now I have an indoor and an out door resource booth that are one of a kind and pure quality. The first event with the tent, I was told that I had the best display there! Delivery service? Incredibly fast that you just don't expect from businesses these days but you make it happen.

We paid for a two side backdrop. Of course different designs. But!! Both sides are the same !!!

Hard to get started, but once we connected with someone, it was great.

The website was very user friendly. Then once submitting the prints, your team at tradeshow booth and backdrop were very quick to respond and quickly helped work through some issues with my pictures to get my banners done and delivered in a perfect timeframe. This is a level of support rarely seen in today’s market and the banners were great quality, and very easy to transport and setup. Highly recommended!

We love their products and most recently purchased the 10ft Perfect Pop booth with the LED Lights. We opted for a hard case to better protect the booth during shipping.

The construction, set up, and breakdown of the booth are excellent. Took myself and another woman on the team about 10 minutes to set everything up the first time, and 10 minutes to break everything down and properly placed back in the case. The booth is extremely lightweight but is sturdy.

We ran into a last minute design rush due to a change in deadline internally. As the brand specialist, I primarily handle the work with Tradeshowbooth. We mentioned we needed our final design within 5 days of submitting for proofing. They returned proofing on the same day as I submit the artwork, and the shipment was fulfilled with a day to spare. This was all on regular FedEx Ground Shipping.
