Display looked great
Display looked great. Carrying case is a little bit flimsy (one of the strap guides broke almost immediately). Also the structural part arrived late and we didn't have it in time for the convention. we just hung the canvas part up and that worked.

Misleading items listed on website
Our company ordered a product off the website. Once it arrived we called and spoke to customer support because the item that arrived was different then the picture of the item we purchased. We were told customer support would investigate and send an email. No email was ever sent and the next day the item was removed from products listed. Emailed customer support and they informed us that the item was discontinued and what were sent was the new version. Rather than offering a refund for the order we were offered the ability to ship the product back. Overall not a very transparent or professional business transaction.

Great overall
Great overall, except lid won't sit flush with the top of the podium. Because of the stretchy cover it makes the lid pop off often and doesn't make a great surface for the table top

The mock up looks nothing like the finished product and we’re currently in a dispute about this. It is markedly different, but they’re trying to hide behind their terms of service saying that I accepted it. That is not the case at all and they’re trying to be sneaky about it. And even more every single reply is obviously written by AI, not a person.

Wobbly podium
The case that transforms into a podium is a neat idea but the podium is very wobbly and unstable. We tried to have a computer monitor on it but it was constantly tilting and could have easily fallen. All other aspects of the booth were good quality, but the podium was a big disappointment.

To address your concerns regarding the podium, it is designed using the halves of the hard case and is intended primarily for storage and light use, rather than as a fully weighted table surface. Because of this, we don’t recommend placing top-heavy items like monitors on it, as it can impact stability.

The stress level went down with this team
We really appreciated how this team was on keeping the product to look so professional. They advised us on some color issues and the logo issues and when we couldn't resolve it in house they actually came to the rescue.
After we approved everything, it was here speedily. This is our first professional booth design, and we are confident that it will draw the customers to our booth at our upcoming Tradeshow!

Great total experience
I was very impressed with the final product. The print quality is wonderful, and everything goes together quickly and simply. The process for designing the graphics was also nice and they were very helpful. The help offered for the graphic design were a great example of good customer service.
