With so many suppliers on line these days its always hard to find a good one well I'm pleased to say I have .I have orders a few times with parts and its easy to find exactly what want with descriptions to suit .Delivery I cant fault and have always received well packaged and within a few days .
Well done keep the standard up as Im sure i will be buying again soon

found exactly what i needed without delay and paying was easy and then received the goods in good time with no complications.

Needed some obscure underfloor heating spares. Tried a couple of other suppliers who provided wrong parts. Then found the Undefloor Superstore on the internet.
Unlike many, this company listen and do their upmost to help supply what is needed, they asked for photos to identify an old manifold and a couple of days later I was able to complete my clien't repair. Prices are also superlative 🙂 Have their details in my contact list for future needs. Highly reconnended.

Purchased top quality Emetti Underfloor heating kit and very pleased with the items. Next day delivery and the prices are keen. Very well packaged, arrived on a pallet with no damage. Got a phone call 30 mins prior to delivery as requested.

parts ordered where the exact same we got from another supplier last year and at a fraction of the cost.
ordered late friday night, order processed first thing monday morning, and arrived by courier first thing wednesday, so all in all, an excellent service and would have no problems in recommending them to anyone!

Quick delivery

Ordered on free delivery which I expected to receive in 2-3 days, arrived next day mid morning, parts fitted and working within 24 hours of placing the order, Well Done

The part we purchased as per website was not delivered. An updated part was delivered which has wiring differences which was not explained on the website/parts list.

Ordered on 11/12 now 14/12 and still no goods despite paying £18 for next day delivery.....phoned and advised item would arrive today but still no delivery. Poor show

I ordered a manifold for my underfloor heating system which was leaking. After looking online I found one from this company which was a very good price. I ordered online and the item turned up a few days later.
My plumber fitted it but it didn't seem to work, after he left I telephoned the company as I thought he hadn't opened the flow valves. They were very helpful and talked me through what I needed to do, and it worked.
Would use again for sure.

Over the last 18 months I have ordered numerous bits of Heatmiser NEO gear from T.U.S.

They seem to offer the best price I can find on this equipment, and they also give great service, with excellent attention to detail.

One time I ordered a thermostat, and they emailed me to check if it was the right one, because they had noticed I ordered a 12V thermostat, having previously ordered about 8 x 230V thermostats. I was very glad they did check, because I had indeed made a mistake on my order. So, that saved a load of hassle.

On a more recent order I put a comment to say that I was ordering the item as a replacement for one that had failed, and it was probably out of warranty at 18 months old. Again, they emailed back before processing the order to tell me that in fact the manufacturer offers a 2yr warranty and we could organize a replacement.

This really is the most excellent customer service, and that's why T.U.S. is my ongoing first choice for this kind of equipment.

Ordered the items on Thursday on the free delivery option and they arrived friday, this sort of service can't be faulted.
