Fabulous service and charity donation
UFS contacted me on twitter after I made an appeal for help with daughters sensory room, the service was amazing! They worked with amber to fully donate the heated floor, Mike was fabulous and so efficient. Within a week so contact we had received the goods and my husband fitted it easily following instructions included! Jess can now play with a warm bum, Cannot thank you enough x

A great find
Grew very frustrated with my long standing ufh supplier so decided to try the uf superstore due to the positve reviews and could not fault the level of service and pricing. The delivery service was as good as it gets. Great find.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm very sorry that you have had an issue with the delivery of the pipe on this order.
We have experienced some issues recently with the supplier who delivers this item directly for us. As a result we will be replacing this item on our website with a comparable product from an alternative supplier to avoid any similar situations in future.
As you've ordered from us in the past without any such problems, I hope you will understand that this is an isolated incident and is not the norm in terms of the speed of delivery you can expect from us.
I'm pleased that the remainder of your order was delivered on time but, once again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Very disappoint and misleading
They showed a video on what would be in the pack I received and it was missing loads of stuff.
The video should not have been there.
Also the writing was so misleading, that it made me order something that was massively short of what I required.
However they delivered it on time and promptly, with no issues.
So while it may seem harsh to give 1 star, I received an item which was totally short of what was expected.

Thanks for your feedback. We're very disappointed that you feel as though the product information on our website was misleading. We have looked into your order and the information on the relevant product page on the website.
The product page includes a video which shows the Heatmiser NeoAir thermostat as part of the NeoAir Kit which includes additional items. We can therefore see how this may cause confusion. We have since taken steps to make this clearer on the product page by including some additional information below the video which explains this.
The NeoAir is one of our best selling products and, whilst we have not experienced any similar comments in the past relating to misleading product information for this item, we really appreciate you taking the time to inform us about this so we can make improvements to the information displayed on the website.
