Brilliant service can't have been more happier young lad helped me a lot 10/10 would definitely trade in again

Do not use this company! I decided to try and sell my phone with this company as they offered the highest trade in price. After inspection they stated my phone was dents and scratches on it and sent me a low ball offer of over £120 less than they originally offered. The phone was in near mint condition so had it returned which came at a cost to me. The phone also came back without the case I sent it in with.

sent my mobile phone off to them, quote was £310.
They offered £210.
I reffused the offerand now they are refusing to return my device.
Return fee is £10.
I have emailed them 6 times now asking for the method of paying this £10 return fee.
They just ignore every email i have sent.
So basically they trying to keep my device.
Absoloute bunch of COWBOYS!
Be aware of this buyer and for you own piece of mind dont trust this company. You will never get your device.
Go to mazuma mobile.They are a genuine company.
Im now going to Block this device!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. Knocked down the price offered for frivolous reasons without providing any evidence. Be warned they will also ask for proof of ID and purchase.

I chose this company from a comparison website as they offered the most for my phone. That was the first mistake. They had the phone for nearly two weeks, with hardly any communication; I was constantly chasing for updates. Then the sting, they devalued the phone by £120 because of scratches to the case and screen. The phone I sent had never been out of a case or screen protector, and was pristine. I ended up accepting their offer because they simply wore me down. It was £10 to return my phone and then repeat the process with another company. I will not make this mistake again, and go with a company that I’ve used previously. They’d offered £50 less, but I would have ended up with more cash.

Fantastic service. Polite and helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.

As always very helpful stay been using them for a while.

Poor would never used them again told me there was housing defects and reduced my iphone 16 pro price by £67 for housing defects which there was not it spent its whole life in a protection case and with screen protector on it . Didnt reply to my email after I challenged them on it. Looks like they are just trying to rip people off and increase their profit margins by ripping off the customer as they know they have you over a barrel with the return fee

Removed virus and cleared unwanted gaming apps very efficiently

Can't help but feel I've been scammed here. Initially offered a decent price for iphone 16 pro postage package received promptly but then price offered reduced after 4 days.Took 4 days for 'technicians' to find problem in phone, took pictures of phone was in good condition and booked in same price. Reduced sum received but can't help feeling aggrieved

Similar experience to other reviewers, the price I was originally offered was significantly reduced upon inspection, supposedly due to scratches on the sceeen but if they were there, they weren’t visible to the naked eye.
Their final offer after I rejected the first revaluation was higher than Mazuma, so I accepted it because I didn’t want the hassle of selling privately and being bombarded with messages and offers. I suspect the higher prices are quoted to entice customers and rarely, if ever, paid.
Turnaround time for them taking delivery of the phone to me receiving payment was just under a week.
