High Quality products and amazing Customer Service
Excellent products and amazing service all around! I accidentally ordered an Apple iPhone 13 pro max leather case as opposed to 13 pro. Upon contacting the customer service team, they immediately dispatched the 13 pro case and provided a pre-paid return label for me to return the original case back to them. They really made the entire process so easy even though it was all my fault! Apart from high quality products, the level of customer service/after sales is what determines if I continue to shop with a brand and this is the best level customer service I have received - large corporations should take note!

Ordered a couple of cases. Well received however there was a hiccup with the logistics. Overall happy with the way they dealt with the issue.

The case was not of best quality. But they refunded me my whole order as I had ordered a screen protector and express delivery as well so can’t complain.

I ordered an Apple 13 Pro case for my phone, and didn't realise i ordered the Max case instead of the normal pro case. The Trading Tech team were so great about the exchange and happily sent me another case in the post which i received within 3 working days.
The Apple case came in fantastic condition and awesome to hear Trading Tech offer the same 12 month warranty like apple does.
Thanks to the team - i am very happy with my purchase :)

POOR QUALITY
They sell counterfeit Apple iPhone silicone cases in a counterfeit Apple packaging. The Trading Tech silicone cases only last for a few weeks compared to genuine Apple cases that usually last me for at least a year. The Trading Tech cases cost less than Apple, but they're not worth their price as they don't last for long. Although they offer an extensive range of color options, I would not bother to look for a particular shade, because they're neither genuine nor in the right packaging. I ordered a case in Pine Green just to receive it in Cactus in a Pine Green packaging.

Clearly a fake
Poor packaging with Chinese writing.
Box seal incorrect. Box made of thinner card than the genuine article. Which I own to compare.
Case doesn’t fit the camera properly leaving the screen elevated and not fully protected on one side.
Doesn’t make your iPhone display change to the phone case colour on applying case. Which genuine ones do.
They are selling fake cases.
Trading standards should close them down.
I will get my Amex card to refund the money direct from their account
