after using these indicators for 8 months and using the yearly bundle. i can say it, these are completely useless and garbage.

My experience echoes several of the reviews already posted here.

1. The indicators for 2024 are markedly different from those shown in the demo video on the homepage. The demo portrayed all signals as clear and decipherable, whereas the actual indicators for Bitcoin in 2024 are a complete mess.
2. After two weeks, I canceled my subscription and reached out to the Trading Alpha Team to express my total disappointment. The response I received was dismissive, which is in line with the rudeness noted in other reviews. To illustrate the nature of their replies, here's an example of their communication:

"Cool story.

Might want to not be cheap and actually get the indictors you see on the website? Which of course you know is in the yearly.

Get the yearly and tell me you’re disappointed. You won’t be.

- Trading Alpha Team"

and the second answer after a minute - I even didn't reply to the first one:

"Oh and your request for a refund is in the policy. Go check it and save yourself wasting time emailing us the long story just to try our product out for free.

- Trading Alpha Team"

Useless indicators, that mimic already free ones... so when you come to find that out, and you don't want to auto renew for the next month, and you cancel that auto renewal (even though you've paid for the current month)... they cut your indicator use off immediately, and they don't care.

The promoted 6000+ discord members is more like 50 active users. Customer support treats you like the sucker you are for thinking they would be honest... and they know they got the influencers on twitter and youtube so little tiny you does not matter.

Stay away.

Customer service is absolute garbage, rude, condescending, and the indicators are literally just the built in trading view super trend strategy with colors.

Save your money, and if you do spend it, make sure you cancel before the renewal. If even one day goes by, and you forget, they'll gaslight you and give you the verbal equivalent of the middle finger.

Worst trading software Ive seen. Bought a year worth of this trash. In one month I discovered it’s worthless.
Many other indicators mentioned in other threads here are better IMO.

Jon also blocked me for asking about the discrepancy between the indicators that he shows vs the ones that users purchases. It's like he's hiding something. Also this indicator is a complete rip off, like everyone mentioned. The green/red Dots are basically above/below 20day Moving Average LOL The track is a complete copy of the Variable Moving Average by LazyBear. I hope everyone reads this before purchasing this scam bc some people have replicated the exact indicator and its FREE.

Very poor customer service. Kicked out of discord for asking simple questions. John Wick is just anger and rudeness personified waiting to be triggered.

Save your money, lot's of more reputable services out there that actually treat their customers with respect.

I used the overpriced "Alpha Bundle" for a month, of course the indications are decent but the problem is. You can recreate everything in there with free indicators already made on TradingView. They are not EXACT because John has tweaked a few things to make it slightly different/harder to copy. Overall same thing though. Maybe even better indications if you tweak them enough yourself too.

1. The main one is "SuperTrend by KivancOzbiligic". It's perfect to do the same thing as the Alpha Trend by John. Just need to change it so it colors the bars and remove all the extra lines, buy/sell signals.
2. LazyBear's Variable Moving Average is the 'TrackLine'. Literally Straight rip off from LazyBear's work.
3.The Tops/Bottoms are also by LazyBear called "Indicators: Chartmill Value Indicator & Random Walk Index" transformed into an overlay.
4.Reversals could potentially be WaveTrend oscillator.

I suspect most of John's indicator pack actually comes from LazyBear's amazing work done for free.

As for the other indicators there is another review here by "Adi" who tells them for what they are perfectly. The only one i disagree with is the Alpha Trend and Alpha Trust (personally still figuring out what AlphaTrust uses at indications.) So I suggest using the one mentioned above!

As for their website, they have a section of "professional Traders" that use their indicators. You look up those accounts and most haven't posted anything or even been used for years.

Really all these indicators are is super pretty looking targeted at new traders looking for the easy way. Constantly trying to sell this product by shady tactics like having to buy the YEARLY subscription just to get one of the new MicroDot and Trackline features. Absurdly disgusting.

I personally will be creating my own indicators that do the same thing and are all PRETTIED up for FREE. Blows me away that these indicators are being released back into the community at such a high cost. RED FLAG

It’s essentially what everyone else has been saying. A giant scam and they refuse to give any form of refunds. Along with that “customer service” are extremely rude like they are gods looking down upon you type of attitude bolstering about their thousand of customers. Avoid at all cost.

Scammers
So the indicators work as they mention but the problem is not the indicator, but their policy to take your money. Once you sign up, you won't ever get a notification that the service is renewed. Then once the month ends, they automatically renew another month for you charging automatically the cost of the indicator. But if you cancel that same day or the day after, they don't provide you with the month you have payed, they automatically revoke the access, letting you without the indicator and without the money (NOT FAIR)(THEFT). They can say whatever they want in terms and conditions, this is a way to try to steal as much money as possible from you, and hence it tells a lot how dodgy this companies are. Stay away from them if you don't want to get stolen.

John Wick knows his stuff and he is a full on trader. He also knows how to BS and he can be rude: I saw someone ask a simple question and he destroyed him on twitter and sat there laughing. Also, he tweets a lot about the product and tries to sell it constantly. He treats you better if you help him sell the product than if you're a paying customer. You are just a cash cow if you are a subscriber. Often he refers to a random timeframe and random coin to justify why tradingalpha is so good but its always done in HINDSIGHT.

He is Doctor Hindsight:

June 28 2022: "Ethereum is also clearly in a stage 4 downtrend"
July 15 2022: "We had 3 chances to long".

Not only does he contradict himself but he uses the opportunity to sell the tool he's been selling for years. He often does this looking back at whats happened.

The customer services team are pathetic. They dont listen to your question and they dont answer it. That is why people ask him questions because he knows the answer. Then when you point that out he says they are busy as this garbage is used by lots of users. I think there is a cover up here.

I had the HTF tool and it seemed to work but there are several problems:

1. He does tell everyone to watch the videos or read the manual if you keep pestering them with questions
2. He and ShardiB have two features on their account which no one else has. The B and T indicators(Bottom and Top). We are told this is because they are experienced traders and know the "risks" attached to these.
3. When anyone asks about the indicators his stock answer is "this uses the HTF but our overall package is on offer at 60% discount". Whenever he can sell the total package he will do.
4. He sometimes tweets but ShardiB tweets 24-7. She never stops.
5. Some of the indicators are a rehash of other indicators such as the bollinger bands and the guppy moving averages and they charge for dressing it up with graphics to make it look good and charge you for the privilege.

All you need are three indicators, they are all free. Then go on to his twitter account and discord channel and get the information for free!

1. The Indicator "BB Nic". This has Bollinger bands and a volatility squeeze built in.
2. Guppy Moving averages
3. RSI. Widely used.

Signals:

1. Volatility squeeze: this simply uses the Bollinger squeeze, when then the Bollinger band width is less than 0.14.
2. Green dots: When price moves above the bollinger basis (mid) line
3. Green bars: When the guppy averages crossover(short term over long term)
4. Green arrows: When you get green or blue arrows on the guppy indicator
5. Alpha thrust: this is just based on the RSI.

6. The Trackline is based on this idea:

If the price is above the 50 day MA then the trackline is green. If the price is below the 50 MA, the line is red.

If the customer services or technical support were any use I would stay with them but theyre pointless. The only other help is the discord chat but there was a guy called "anyconnect" who posts recommendations all day but doesnt listen.

Lately he has added his "boss" called Jess to the team who tweets the same charts as he has done. I suspect "she" is basically him under another name. On August 19th he did a livestream and was talking about the daily chart but his screen was showing the one hour chart. Despite many people posting messages to say that they couldnt see the chart he was discussing, he carried on anyway. No-one in his team bothered to tell him. We never hear these other people such as sailor speak. Are they all the same person? He needs to learn how to use presentation software instead of spending so much time in fast cars and planes.

Also, if you look on their terms and conditions page, it looks unfinished. There are 7 sets of square brackets where they meant to put something else and they havent. A shambles.

If you do want to create your own indicators then you can go to a site called udemy and learn pinescript. Its not difficult to learn. Id also recommend getting tradingview premium so you can experiment with indicators. They offer some good deals. Try TradingView before you subscribe.

If you ever wanted to subscribe to TradingAlpha NEVER do the yearly option because once they have your money, you will never get it back. Just join the discord group and see the charts(and check the ideas I have presented above) and you will know for free.

these guys suck. terrible scam. the indictors only work if you look back in the past. if your trading while using them you have to wait for the next candle to confirm and then enter your trade the candle after that. usually to late.

its constantly giving candles that are false and not confirmed.

if you ask for help, they tell you to watch the video and very rude towards you. they were publicly insulting me on twitter, joking that "I wouldn't want a refund".

I totally want a refund. your indictors are useless and the way to talk to customers is unforgivable. your just a bunch of scammers.

Indicators repaint (after candle closed) when the price goes against it.
When I asked them about it on Discord, they kicked me out.
I have found better FREE indicators then theirs.
Also they have no-refund-policy which tells for itself...
