I recently had a removable towbar fitted to my car and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and the workmanship was excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Had a removable towbar fitted to my Kia Sorento — the job was done quickly, neatly, and at a fair price. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

DO NOT USE TRAILERTREK - I booked TrailerTrek to fit a detachable tow bar to a 2021 BMW X4, which turned into a nightmare, The tow bar was fitted in mid August including wiring which turned out to be a problem a couple of weeks later when it was found the boot contained an inch of water around the battery and vehicle electrics which was of great concern as the boot had been dry prior to the tow bar being fitted. It took considerable time and effort to remove the interior of the boot to find where the water was coming from and it turned out that the sunroof drain had been removed from the floor pan and the hole used for the tow bar cable. The rubber grommet through which the cable passed was just laying on top of the hole and not seated leaving it open to road spray. The sunroof drain was just laying loose on the floor pan which allowed all the drain water to flow into the boot. It took time and effort to empty the water and dry the boot over a number of days. I contacted TrailerTrek who were less than sympathetic and did not accept responsibility for removing the sunroof drain despite sending photos of what was a clear error on their part. The car was not drivable at this time but they could not or would not arrange engineers to inspect the car for a week. The two engineers who arrived were very apologetic for the error and rectified the problem by drilling a new hole for the cable and replacing the sunroof drain to its proper place. I subsequently spoke to Wayne a director at TrailerTrek who denied any responsibility and was not open to discussion. He was aggressive and not prepared to listen to me or enter into discussion about compensation. This company just didn’t give me credence for what was a blatant mistake by their fitter.

They requested 50% upfront payment, my circumstances unfortunately changed and i had to change my car, they couldn't fit my towbar to my new car in time for my holiday, so i was forced to go elsewhere as needed towbar fitting for holiday but then they kept £125 of my money. Not happy bearing in mind id used them on my last car, so i was a returning customer.

I purchased a new car just before we were going away with our caravan. Trailer Trek were so helpful. Gave me an excellent quote and 10% discount once I booked. Due to the short space of time from getting the car and then going away, Trailer Trek squeezed my car in and we got away in our van. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, they respected my driveway, covered it with sheets and tidied up before they left. Excellent job, would definitely recommend!

Purchased a tow hitch assembly at a very competitive price from these guys, infact the cheapest I could find for that model, that was on a Monday afternoon and received it Tuesday morning, This was an excellent service which helped me as I actually did need it quickly but never requested. Top notch Trailertrek!

And not forgetting the lovely lady that made me 2 cups of tea.
It was well worth the 6 hour round trip.

Just had a detachable tow bar fitted,the fitter was fantastic from start to finish. He showed both me and my wife everything he did and spent time showing how it connects,then the dashboard what is happening when the caravan is hooked up. Would 100% recommend the company and this fitter to anyone needing a tow bar

TrailerTrek came out to my dad today (26/3) to fit a detachable swan neck towbar today, what a smooth experiance it has been. Rang on monday and it was fitted 2 days later - Brilliant! They were very patient with me asking questions for my dad (He was a bit skeptical) but once the job had finished and the engineer showed him how to do it, he was over the moon. Thank you so much, cannot fault TrailerTrek at all.

I rang up mid December to make enquiries. Spoke with a knowledgeable lady (Marie?) who told me all I needed to know for the quote. Had a bit of banter. Rang back between Christmas and New Year to make an appointment. Spoke with the 'hands on' gaffer who confirmed everything. Had a bit of banter. I turned up in Coventry on a perishingly cold day to be welcomed by the engineers (and the gaffer) - drove straight in. Had a bit of banter. They rang me a couple of hours later; "Job done".
Went back to collect and pay and received 10 minutes 'coaching' with a thorough explanation, demonstration and test procedure. Had a bit of banter.
Courteous, efficient, pleasant and competitive throughout!

On a very cold frosty morning i had a removable swan neck tow-bar with 13 pin electrics fitted at work to my Ford Ecosport, i couldn't have been more impressed by Nick the engineer. He was very polite and professional and happy to explain things to me. He arrived on time and ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction before leaving.
Mitchell who took my booking was also extremely helpful and informative.
Highly recommended, 5 star service all round.

Had a removable swan neck towbar with 13 pin plug and fully integrated electrics fitted at work in Northampton by Ricky to my Seat Ateca. I couldn't have been more impressed with every aspect of my experience with Trailer Trek. Very very professional and skilled. Very pleased, highly recommended.
