This first aid course i have taken has got to be put out there as extremely recommended for everyone not just the work place but for everyone in general more so general public i did it and the way they teach you is second to none it has given me 100% confidence that i now have the potential to maybe save a life without any worries and id love to do an upgrade or next level course that is my opinion rather than take mine as gospel get on it and see for yourself you will be v impressed with what they teach and how fast they get the confidence in you to be ready for a situation of first aid go for it someone will need help some time and its the best knowledge to have more so for home as well as any other place you never know when you are going to need it

I took the first aid at work course through traindirect as I work at Amazon and wished to become a first aider. Having already worked in the healthcare sector for ten years I was very surprised to find out how much more detailed and practical this course was, as opposed to any previous course I had taken. It introduced me to equipment I had not previously encountered such as an AED and adrenaline auto injectors. Each module was thorough, informative but also accessible. The course instructor, Chris Heayns combined experience, information and good humour in order to make the course fly by. The use of the QCPR app gave me an even greater sense of confidence to conduct CPR should the need ever arise. The assessment questions were cleverly geared to keeping the most relevant occurrences as part of the criteria for passing, rather than testing knowledge of every little detail, even if these were not likely to be used. In short, I would say this is the best first aid course I have taken! Excellent!

Christopher was a very patient and confident presence. His instruction was fantastic and the way he went about it made me feel that he not only cared passionately about his role but also in developing new people to make there small part of the world a safer place to be. Giving people the confidence and ability to help their fellow human and maybe make a difference to an individuals life and their families too.
