The facilitator was interactive, inspiring and engaging. I would recommend this training course to anyone. 5 stars from me.

Not only were these guys cheaper than anyone else, they were amazing! I’m a teacher and was doing a refresher course for CPR and still got a lot out of the session because the teacher who delivered the session shared his own honest opinions and ecprriences making the session more memorable. We laughed while we learnt which is always a huge plus in my book!

Very satisfied with the quality of the training and high experience of the trainer. It was good to learn about the trainers high experience in first aid and for her to share personal stories and tips to hep out learning.

Our trainer was witty, funny and knowledgeable. The days went fast and I learnt heaps !

I booked my ticket over the phone and waited 4 days for online course as we have to do prior to face to face course .despite my complaints I several times I received my online induction course too late and I lost the proposal job due to this delay and neglected.

I don’t recommend

no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was disappointed by the way the instructor rudely treated one of the students of asian ethnicity (as though she was stupid), and was also disappointed by the instructors language whereby he infanitilsed the women present (the majority of the class) by calling them 'girls' in a disparaging way.
The training experience was dull and i struggled at times to stay awake.
I know these issues are all 'common' experiences in our society/ first aid trainings, however that doesn't make them acceptable or worthy of higher-than-average reviews.
I hope to enjoy a more respectful and dynamic training experience next time.

I had a teacher called Richard. Whenever I asked a question he was able to answer it with sound knowledge. The day flowed well with good breaks and finished in good time.

Shane's the best trainer. Top bloke and I recommend trainees to attend this program

It was all superb but the session went for 9 hours with only a 20 min break for lunch, where we could go outside and go to the bathroom. It was too long.

Only problem is that the Savealife app from Edway App Studio is not available in Australia: that’s the message I get from the App Store.

Very enjoyable First Aid course. The trainer was animated and passionate about the subject and kept our attention for the whole day.

Shane Fisher was really good at delivering the course. I felt it was easy to understand and learn. He tells funny jokes and life experiences so that helped me to stay interested and not get bored in class.

After doing a multitude of CPR and First Aid courses over the years I found Shane to be the most informative trainer I've ever had. Incredibly relatable and has a great way of simplifying concepts to keep things basic and clear. All communication and course work prior to the training day was concise and easy to follow.

Would definitely recommend!

TJ was an excellent trainer and I would highly recommend Training Aid Australia as the course was very fun and enjoyable while going through a lot of content.
