Great customer service, accidentally ordered the wrong grips, sent a message and received a response sorting everything the same day.

Great experience! I ordered grips then found my originals (also volts which I love!) I wanted to cancel the order and they did this with no questions asked!

This is not my 1st time ordering from Volt, so I know the quality of their products is 2nd to none!!

I placed an order but realised on checking my confirmation of order that I had ordered the chalk grips instead of the chalkless grips 🙈 I emailed customer services advising what I had done and what I had intended to order. Within 2 minutes I had received an email advising they have amended my order and all I had to do was pay the extra (chalkless are slightly more expensive than chalk). No problems, no hassle just the extra to pay within minutes of me notifying them of my error!
This is excellent customer service!!! Nice to see a company’s standard in product is reflected also in their staff!!

Will defo be ordering from here again 🤩

I’ve had a great experience with Volt, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I brought the grips and they are by far the best I’ve owned and used, they feel solid and provide excellent control and comfort, whether you’re using them for training or competition. Now I’ve gone Volt I’m not going anywhere else.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about making sure customers are satisfied.

Definitely a brand I’d recommend.

I recently received the chalk grips as a present for my birthday. After only a couple of uses unfortunately one of the grips ripped. I got in touch with the customer service team who were a great help and swiftly responded and provided me with a completely new pair free of charge. Having used the new pair since I have had no problems at all.

The grips themselves are great, they are definitely an upgrade on some of the other CrossFit brands I have used before. I really like the magnet concept it comes in really handy in workouts going from the bar to using a DB/Barbell and when doing burpees, there’s nothing flapping about getting in the way! Great product and would highly recommend

A frustrating experience from start to finish.
I tried to cancel my order almost immediately, as I had used the wrong card to pay with, but there was no practical way to do so, and my emails weren’t responded to until after it had already been dispatched.

When the items arrived, the quality didn’t reflect the price at all. I returned the belt and was told I’d receive a full refund, but that hasn’t happened. The amount refunded was incorrect, took far longer than expected, and I’m still waiting for the full balance despite multiple follow-ups.

While I did receive replies, they did not translate into action. I’ve been left chasing something that should have been straightforward.

Overall, not a great experience and not a company I’d trust to deal with again.

Grips seem very good quality, only used them a couple times so far. Very grippy to the bar. And dont seem to have damaged at all in the early stages. The use of the magnets is a fantastic feature. My only issue is the sizing, after following the size guide they seem too small for me personally. And the bigger size would have been a better fit.

Best grips on the market to date. Whether that be chalk or chalk less ones, nothing else comes close. The magnet design, is a bonus that helps with transition times between exercises. The grips themselves are nice and thin which are comfortable around the hands and wrists but yet so strong and sturdy, and the grip is something else. What’s better than the grips themselves is the service and the team behind the brand. There customer service team are fast to respond to any enquiry or issue and it gets rectified very quickly. Away from the grips, VOLTs belts and knee sleeves are also top tier. Since using VOLT for there accessories I haven’t once considered trying out other brands and that’s not changing anytime soon.

Je recommande plus que fortement cette marque notamment le service après-vente. J’ai eu un problème de frais de douanes suite à une commande, la prise en charge de ma demande fut extrêmement rapide et tout est rentré dans l’ordre en moins de 24h.

I recently purchased some volt grips and one grip unfortunately tore after performing a bar muscle up. I emailed the volt support team and about this and they sent me a replacement straight away. These things unfortunately happen but I’m really happy with the resolution 😀. Thank you Volt

VOLT was recommended to me by someone at my box. It seems most of the members use the Grips, and I can certainly feel the difference when I forget to bring them to class. My poor hands suffer! Would highly recommend and have now bought some for a friend.
