Екатерина предложила интересный вариант курортной недвижимости в другой локации классом выше, на первой линии и, что очень важно, с более скромным бюджетом и комфортной рассрочкой платежа. Также хотели бы отметить, что любой вопрос она решала оперативно и всегда была на связи.

I sent a request with my budget and area of property preference on whatsapp and long story short they responded that they are only servicing clients who spend 100,000 in Albania
or 200,000 in Montenegro. I told them this needs to be transparent in their material as there are CLEARLY HOMES FOR SLIGHTLY LESS. Upon response to my company email they sent a notice of legal backlash if I followed up with comments or my communication to an international company.

the website doesnt have real listings, only fakes to get the clients, then they will proceed with offering you properties, its more of a concierge service, but definitely misleading if you know what you looking for.

I have asked for house in grecee but they dont give you any answer on the house only that they are a real estat etc

My wife has some friends spending regularly long stay holidays in Thailand (Phuket) renting villas as tourists. So she and I were curious about Thailand as a country (cultura, nature, etc) so decided to go there for holidays and why not to take the chance to sound out the villas market being so popular destination. Just to take a look nothing really serious at that time and from time to time checking by internet about type of destinations, country police stability, Lands for investments, etc….

This surely seems as scam, or it is sbsolutely misleading. I have inquired about one property, and they sent me links asking if thsi is the right property. I said I am not clicking on links, schedule me for a video call. After this, I received a message that they do not have suitable offers for my price range. I have responded that I am only interested in one particular property, and they said that is for a private seller who will contact me if he/ she chooses to. This is not how sales works. I have been working in sales for 15yrs. What ever this is, nothing they advertise is available, or whatever you find on the other end of the links they send you.
In addition, they said that one expert will contact me. "One" did, just forgot xhange his whaysapp number. I have not heard from a Company where multiple people use the same phone number on WhatsApp. Whay sort of budhet do tehy operate under?They should be shut down. I have the whole communication saved, let me know if you are interested

Ein Immobilien Unternehmen, welches noch nicht einmal irgendwelche Infos über das Objekt veröffentlicht, eine falsche Stadt etc angibt, gehört meiner Meinung nach verboten.
Meiner Erfahrung nach, sind diese Makler entweder Betrüger oder sehr unseriöse Makler, die nur
fishing for data machen.

Ich würde NIEMALS bei solchen Maklern ein Haus kaufen. Heutzutage ist es relativ einfach ein Haus welches mir gefällt auch ohne solche Makler zu finden oder sie beauftragen einen Makler der seriös arbeitet mit der Suche.

Und Webseiten, die solchen Maklern erlauben solche Anzeigen zu schalten, sollten man meiden und negativ bewerten und komplett vermeiden.

You can't pay for the ad because Pay Pal doesn't allow it due to tranio problems. Tranio tells you to write to support and they give you another card payment option, but you write and they don't respond.... in the end you can't work with them because there is no way for them to assist you. You call from Spain and the person who answers you doesn't know Spanish... so why do they have a company in Spain???? All nonsense....
