My daughter hired a coach from this…
My daughter hired a coach from this company to take her and her friends to ascot races they were told they were getting a Mercedes with air conditioning they were expecting a luxurious coach and they got an old transit whith no axon and very old the driver was very rude to my daughter and very intimidating when we rang for a refund the didn’t won’t to no I most definitely would not recommended this company he was screaming at my daughter before she left and completely ruined her day was such a shame

The group were so drunk & out of it that they messed & damage an exucutve minibus.
We have documented pictures & videos. This is a vioaltion of 'fair hire use policy' & against the standard 'terms & confiditon' of hire.

Thank you for your excellent service taking us 45 people to and back from the funeral yesterday on time good communication from the drivers as to eta they were lovely and put my mind at rest at a very stressful time.
