Travelling today from Keighley to Burnley on the 11 20 am your bus driver failed to stop for passengers who clearly had their hands out to stop the bus.Other passengers on the bus were disgusted.Needs a good talking to.Both these incidents happened coming through Colne😡

A3 Flyer. Only 1 per hour from Bradford Interchange to Otley.
Usually full to bursting. On Saturday 29th July 2023. The bus due from the the stop Hoyle Court on Otley Road flew past at 14:10Not In Service. Was supposed to be at bus stop at 14:19.
This is a lousy service. Transdev do not resource the "service" as it should be. Yet, Transdev, do not answer their telephones to take on feedback. Yet the Mayor of West Yorkshire and her team do nothing but ignore issues with Transdev and the "A3 Flyer." Are Transdev attempting to rival First Buses as the worst for reliability and service?

Is this what you call a bus service?
Hourly bus service from Leeds Bradford Airport to Leeds City Centre. Meanwhile the electronic timetable is showing buses every 20 minutes. Is this what you call a service? The bus driver said you are having problem finding drivers as they have all gone to delivery firms. Tell you what - pay them a competitive wage.
