I honestly cannot recommend TransK9 highly enough. From my very first contact with Jeanette I felt completely supported and valued. She and Andrew have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout and it is clear how much they care about the people and dogs who use their products.

What they have given me is so much more than a product. Knowing that my young sprocker spaniel, Dilly, who is in training to become a search and rescue dog, will be travelling in a crash tested crate designed with her safety as the priority is an enormous comfort. That peace of mind is priceless, especially when we are on the road so often for training and deployments.

The quality of the C56 crate and accessories is outstanding. Everything feels solid, carefully designed and built to last. The bumper mat, airflow fan and accessory hooks all make a real difference in day to day use and it is obvious that every detail has been thought through.

What really sets TransK9 apart is the people behind the brand. Jeanette and Andrew are genuine, passionate and incredibly supportive. They truly care about dogs, their safety and the people who work with them.

I've been looking at the K9 Transit product line for months now. The staff have been extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with when my particular vehicle make and model had been reviewed vs their product range and as soon as it had I was first in the queue. Their product is as good as their customer service and I know my dog will travel in absolute comfort and protection. Couldn't rate this product more highly

Brilliant customer service. Confirmed I had chosen correct cage at 9.05am. Ordered at 9.08am Tuesday, delivered beautifully wrapped at 8.12am Wednesday morning. Fitted snuggly by 10am with no problems.

The administration of the Company and the pleasure talking to a real person impressed me as soon as I contacted TransK9 They answered all my questions and were very helpful. The crates are very well made and the website is clear and concise.

We settled on the C23 cage and delivery was exceedingly swift, it arrived the day before scheduled.
Excellent fit and our dog jumped straight in and settled down and she loves it so do we.

Did comprehensive search/reviews for dog crate for our four Spaniels..
TransK9 came top in all results.
We bought C34, bumper protection mat..plus tie downstraps(essential) as no others are suitable!!!!
First off..not cheap..but you pay for top quailty and peace of mind that your pooches are safe and comfortable.
From order to deliverey TransK9 were helpful and very quick..ordered Mon..delivered Weds..
Jeanette was as helpful as can be, advising on delivery dates to suit us.
And most of all Jeanette put right a mistake I made in ordering tie down straps...I ordered too many..Jeanette phoned me..put me right and issued refund...lovely..many would not have.
Conclude..TransK9 are extremely well made crates..well worth the money..and a pleasure to deal with..Very Highly Recommended.

I messaged Trans-K9 after normal working hours and got a response in minutes!
I was late considering ordering the crate and asked for what I thought would be impossible - delivery within a week… and they delivered. I’ve not used this crate yet but had a different Trans-K9 in another car. They give me the confidence to take my most precious beings with me on the road.

THE CRATE: is excellent, great build quality, totally silent in transit and weighs reassuringly well! Get the bumper mat.

THE FAN: is good, *but* I was surprised to find out that 4m of cable is not long enough to feed it around the trim of a Kia Sportage to the driver's cockpit. It was just over 1m short. I've had to therefore use the power outlet in the boot, which is a shame as I cannot turn the fan on/off while on the move. I'd suggest they manufacture the fan with a 6m cable at least. A sportage is a small SUV!

Buyers Note - The lead hook only sits on the front door and doesn't work on the sides! The water bowl is of good quality.
