Premium product and super service. I thoroughly recommend this company. I bought one of their largest transit boxes and chatted to Sharon beforehand to check a few dimensions. She was professional, knowledgeable & helpful. The box itself is so incredibly well made. These guys are in a different league.

Sturdy product well designed and manufactured. Might be a bit pricier than the competition but you get what you pay for - a quality crate which utilises boot space effectively and which keeps your dog(s) safe and secure. I was able to call at the depot in person with my border collie and their customer service was excellent - tried it out for size and fitted the crate in the vehicle with accessories. I definitely recommend TransK9.

Great product, great experience and good support from start to finish with the order from Sharon. In the short time we have had the C17 crate has proven a very good investment. Fits perfect into the car and is secure, though Piper & Haggis are still not sure what side to get into.

If you want the best for your dog/dogs then buy the best. I have had a TransK9 before and found it great for my cockers. Safe, secure and rattle free. That cage is now 12 years old and still in good condition, unfortunately, it doesn't fit my new car. After checking the website and chatting to Sharon, I now have a perfectly fitting double dog cage made to fit the make and model of my car.
What's even better is that they have managed to make a great product even better. The overall quality is second to none and the safety features are so reassuring when it comes to my dogs safety.

Sharon was brilliant from start to finish, contacted me multiple times throughout, I ordered the crates to collect whilst on holiday in Scotland and when I arrived to collect them, Sharon was brilliant, put them in the van for me and talked me through everything. I’m so glad I did. Sharon and Rob were very helpful discussing models that would suit my car/dogs best and reserved a C17 for me as I was away on holiday before I could come out. They had crates ready for me to try in my car with my dog and installed it for me in seconds.

Communication is excellent. Sharon gave advice and responded to my queries efficiently. I was advised of my expected delivery date at the time of purchase, this was confirmed with a follow up call from Sharon and then email backup and a call from pallet line with a timeslot for delivery
The crates arrived today, as arranged. They were superbly packaged, along with the ordered accessories and had clearly been handled with care.
The quality of TransK9 crates is second to none. From the ease of opening the doors to the escape hatch at the rear. Small details like door buffers stop any rattling and the vet bed is top quality too. Everything from order to delivery was just perfect. That, on top of their excellent safety standards, makes TransK9 the only choice as far as I'm concerned. And of course they were in my car and in use within 10 minutes.
I only changed my crates as I had a change of vehicle. My 'old' crates are still going strong and even after six years of daily use, have many years of life in them.
I am loving the updated and remodelled range, my new crates look very sleek!

This is the second dog crate Ive bought and again I’m not disappointed. You can see how Trans K9 have evolved and that quality along with the excellent customer care are exemplary. Willow just has to get used riding in it.

TransK9 came highly recommended, and I can see why. I spoke to Sharon over the phone to arrange my order, and the level of service and product knowledge was very impressive. My C49 cage arrived very well packaged, but it only took seconds to install in the car, and fits our Volvo XC40 perfectly. Our dogs can now travel with us safely and securely.
