I’m so grateful for Valery. I needed my car shipped from WA to MD and I was initially very overwhelmed by all of the options and prices that varied so much. Valery was very patient with me and explained how car shipment worked before suggesting that I book with them to save a spot, unlike what a lot of other companies did. She established trust, and made me feel that I was heard. She was very responsive throughout the process, and was quick to help out. Overall, it was a great experience working with her and she represents the company well. My car was picked up on time and shipped with no damage sustained. It did arrive 2 days later than the estimated date, but with it having had traveled across the country I was not upset about it.

The overall experience was very good. They actually picked up my vehicle within 4 hours of booking and I had it within 24Hrs! They answered all questions and weee upfront with their paperwork. I would recommend to anyone with the following caveat. I received quotes from 4 different companies before choosing this company and the choice was based upon them quoting a figure $75 less than the other 3 competitors. They did say the final amount could be larger. The final amount was about $100 more than the other competitors ….. I was very happy with the process and paperwork but again kind of felt I was lured in with a lower price and then ended up paying 30% more than quoted and contracted for. I recommend to anyone to do their due diligence and get a variety of quotes - these people were very good at shipping my vehicle …. Worth $100 more than I was expecting? I don’t know…. I do know they executed the services I paid for in a timely and professional manner. Also the contract called for a termination fee which came close to the higher than expected increase for the shipping so there wasn’t really an opportunity to back out due to the 30% price increase. All things considered, my vehicle was shipped safely and the company communicated well. Just understand if their quote is significantly lower than their peers, it probably really isn’t - that’s the only issue I had, otherwise am a happy camper but unsure I’d ship again with them due to the difference between the quoted price and what they told me shipping would be after I signed the contract

They went above and beyond to get my jeep back home to me, multiple errors on my end with payment and drop off timings and they were nothing but patient and respectful with me, never got an upcharge or any hidden fees, the quote you get is the quote you'll pay! If I ever need another long distance tow then i am for sure returning here!

I wish the car transportation system could be set up differently with a locked in price from the beginning but I do realized it is a market driven business. The company itself was very responsive and communicative. I will drive her super quick to pick up the car, once contracted, and delivered no problem at the specified time and date. Great service.
